Account:

• Is registration necessary before placing an order?
  Registration is not mandatory for placing orders. However, for easy tracking of your order details, we recommend creating an account.
• How can I register?
  Navigate to the "My Account" page or click on the "Account" button located at the top right corner of wildvoy.com . Then, fill in your email and password as prompted.
• What if I forget my login password?
  If you forget your password, simply click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page and provide your email address. You will receive a password reset email shortly.
• What should I do if I cannot log in to my account?

Products:

• How do I select the appropriate product size?
  We recommend carefully reviewing the size infomation provided on each product's page and referring to the detailed measurements to determine the most suitable size, as sizes may vary among our items.

Order Processing and Shipping:

• Delivery Time is the sum of order handling time and Transit time, if you order our products, is 2-5 business days (Excluding Weekends and holidays) for handling and then 7-15 business days (Excluding Weekends and holidays) for Transit. Therefore, you can expect to receive it within 9-20 business days(Excluding Weekends and holidays).
• How can I cancel an order?
  You may cancel your order before it is shipped and receive a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Order Tracking and Payment:

• How can I obtain my tracking number?
  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
• What payment methods are accepted?
